If Brightline isn't covered by your insurance, Brightline Support can provide you with information to submit to your insurance. You can give us your credit card information or add it to your account online. We accept all major credit cards as well as HSA/FSA cards. Once your payment clears, we’ll provide you with a receipt. You can also view your payment history in your Brightline account.
Yes, we can provide superbills and share information on how to submit them to your insurance. If you request a superbill via chat, we can send it to you that way, or if you want to receive them on a regular basis, we’ll set ourselves a standing reminder to send them each month.
