What is BrightLife Kids?

It’s a free, online, behavioral health coaching program created by Brightline and 100% paid for by the state of California.

Coaching helps caregivers and kids manage everyday concerns like tantrums, school avoidance, sadness and worry, relationships, bullying, social and study skills, and big feelings.
Every California family is eligible — all you need is a California zip code and a child between the ages of 0–12 to sign up. We’re here for everyone and free for everyone.
Families get Zoom sessions, an online library of articles and resources, and a safe, private community where caregivers can ask questions and connect with other parents — all free.
We offer bilingual (English/Spanish) coaches, live interpreter services in 17 other Medi-Cal languages, and experience working with BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities.
